As previously mentioned, Phase I is completly SOLD OUT and occupied. Phase II is 1/3rd SOLD OUT with an excellent selection of units still available. For a short period of time, we are offering a Free Stainless Steel Appliance Upgrade and travel reimbursment dollars. Construction Update

Construction continues with the aid of our beautiful Okanagan weather. We are framing the 4th floor with windows going in on the third! We have also started construction on the centre area, the footings have gone in which will eventually support the amenity building. We have made some small changes in plumbing specification for Phase II, we are proud to announce we are using all Kohler plumbing fixtures and faucets, making us a "Total Kohler Home" approved project.

Brentview Estates

Rivendell Development Corp. is pleased to annouce that Rivendell Homes is now the exclusive builder for Brentview Estates. Rivendell Homes is a multiple Home Builder Awards reciepient at both the Provincial Georgie Awards and at the Thompson Okanagan Tommie Awards.
Phase I is over 90% sold with only 2 home sites still available. We have the Building Permits in place and are ready to begin construction on these sites immediately.
Phase II will be available in early 2008. The surveying of the lots have been completed and excavation work for the underground services will begin very soon. There will be 19 Home Sites available in Phase II. We have begun the process of reserving lots for people who have expressed an interest in Phase II. Living in Penticton

Just thought we would let you know why we live in Penticton... yesterday the temperature reached +11* celcius and many people headed back to the golf course. Imagine playing golf when the rest of the country is freezing and shovelling snow.
