The city's Trade and Convention Centre has been upgraded to compliment the new South Okanagan Events Centre which is slated for completion in late 2008. This Centre is destined to become the entertainment and activity centre for the South Okanagan.
Road construction is underway to upgrade Highway 97 to four lanes from the Okanagan Lake Provincial Park to Summerland, making travelling from Kelowna a safer and faster trip.
The new William R. Bennet Bridge in Kelowna will open May 2008 and will relieve the congestion of the bridge traffic with 5 lanes to efficiently move the traffic in and out of Kelowna.

With the advent of Spring and warm weather, the Sales Center is once again very active. Interest and sales are once again a daily occurance. We are in the process of finalizing our possession dates. We are planning on a staged move in for Phase II, with the first and second floors being available for occupancy on July 30th and the third and fourth floors available September 30th.

Construction continues on Phase II with the first kitchens being installed on the first floor, countertops to go in mid-May with the flooring to follow. The second floor is being insulated and drywalled as we speak, the third floor has the rough in plumbing and tubs installed and the fourth floor has electrical rough in and sprinklers completed as well. The "Boys" continue to work their way up as quickly and efficiently as possible, with the stucco'ers peering in the windows as they finish the exterior of the building.

Despite the unseasonable weather, work continues in Phase IIwith underground services close to completion. Next......curbing & paving. Lots will be re-surveyed in prepartion for release mid May. So those folk who have pre-registered for lots in Phase 11, expect to receive a request from us to reconfirm your position in respect to the information that we have on file. This will be sent in the next week by mail or e-mail. Or better still, drop by & talk to us in person. Your assistance will greatly assist us & you in expeiditing a smooth launch for Phase 11. The remaining 5 homes in Phase 1 are well underway and in varying stages of completion. Three of these homes are sold.
Come, visit the show home & see how the last 2 homes in Phase 1 could look.....with your personal touch. Or, pick a lot in Phase 11. There are still many excellent choices and options available like crawl space or basement. Let Rivendell finish the basement for you. There are limited lots with walk-out basement possibilities. Design your own home or choose one of the 6 floor plans available. So much to see & choose from. Rain, shine, snow, wind....we are always happy to see you at Brentview Estates. The month of May promises much excitement even if the weather doesn't.
