/newsletter/j0284164.gif Speaking of spring, The Verana Okanagan will be hosting our Spring Grand Opening Event on Saturday, April 18th from 12pm to 4 pm. We will be barbequing hot dogs and serving ice cold pop to all. We will be unveiling our plans for the New Amenity Building to be built very soon and we will be showing off our totally completed Phase II building and all remaining suites that are for sale.

The Amenity Building is a 2400 square foot architecturally designed building to match Phase I and II. It will contain a functional kitchen room, a meeting room, an equipped exercise room, washrooms and change rooms fully equipped with showers and a large lounge/event room with fireplace. We are very excited about this Amenity Building and so are our customers. Come out on April 18th to see the plans for yourself!

The Verana Okanagan will also be introducing our limited time Spring Sales Event.
