AMENITY BUILDING
The preliminary prep work and planning is now underway. The official start of construction will begin soon. The Amenity Building is a 2400 square foot architecturally designed building to match Phase I and II. It will contain a functional kitchen room, a meeting room, an equipped exercise room, washrooms and change rooms fully equipped with showers and a large lounge/event room with fireplace. We are very excited about this Amenity Building and so are our customers.
