WOW ! Where has the time gone ? 2009 has been a very busy year. We have completed all of our construction, guest parking and turn-around, plus all our landscaping for Phase 2. We have also begun the preliminary prep work and planning for the Amenity Building.

RETURN TO NORMAL TIMES

All the Summer and Fall festivals have finished for the year and Penticton has returned to quiet times. It is a great time to visit. Our weather is still good and the Penticton Golf Course is still open. When you are in town, stop by and see us. We are open every day except Sunday, or call ahead to set up an appointment. Our toll free number is 1-888-693-1555. If you decide to visit us and purchase one of our remaining units, we will reimburse you $500 to cover traveling expenses.

TIME IS RUNNING OUT

The Verana Okanagan will be continuing our Sales Event for a short period of time. Response has been fantastic, sales have been great. Please check with us for the current availability list. You can NOW save $50,000 on any one bedroom or one bedroom plus den and $70,000 on any two bedroom or two bedroom plus den unit. These prices are for a very limited time and will NOT be repeated. Our one bedroom units now start at $225,000.

SALES UPDATE

The first floor walk-out units with the garden terraces are SOLD OUT. There is only 1 walk-out unit left in Phase 2 (#208). This is a grassed garden terrace unit on the same level as the Amenity Building. There is also another unit on the second floor (#207) with a much larger deck than the third or fourth floor. these are the only two units left on the second floor. They are both the "F" floor plan - 2 bedroom, 2 ensuites, 1076 sq. ft. Priced at $300,000 for unit #207 and $315,000 for unit #208. THEY ARE GREAT BUYS. Hurry Now. Do not be disappointed.

GOING GREEN

The Verana Okanagan is once again proud to announce that Fortis BC is presenting us with another "Conservation Excellence Award" for Phase 2 for 2009. This award is in recognition of outstanding achievement in energy efficiency through sustainable choices and innovative projects. We previously won this award in 2008 for Phase 1.

To further emphasis this point, the energy bill for units #207 and #208, which includes power, heat and air conditioning, averages less than $30.00 per month. (This figure will increase slightly once they are occupied). It should also be noted that the monthly Strata Fee includes common areas and water. This is why the Verana Okanagan continues to win "Power Sense" Awards and saves you money.
