Skaha Meadows, the Executive Golf Course by the Airport has been open since mid January. The Penticton Golf and Country Club will officially open this Saturday February 6, 2010. The course looks great. It has wintered well.

It seems to have ended. There was definitely positive growth in the economy in every month in the last quarter of 2009. That positive energy has certainly carried over into 2010. The Okanagan fared much better than the rest of Canada and a lot better than many other parts o the world.

This Amenity Building will be a great asset to everyone at the Verana Okanagan and will certainly add value to each and every home. We can't wait to see the final result !

This is only the initial price increase - they will be raised again when it is deemed necessary. The prices are still below cost. For those people who have shown recent interest, we will HOLD the old price quoted. We have also learned that interest rates are due to rise soon. The time to buy is NOW !
