JULY and H.S.T.

We are now faced with H.S.T. It is a reality. We can no longer "Beat the HST". The Verana Okanagan is a finished product. In other words, all materials and labour were expensed long before HST came into effect. The Federal Government will give rebates equal to the net GST so the net price will be the same whether it is GST or HST. We will therefore continue our program of "Your Price Includes HST". The current price list includes the HST. We have reduced the prices on Suites #309 & #310. Our prices now START at $224,900 and include the HST> (some restrictions apply)
