Construction Update

Construction is coming along nicely, the fourth floor walls are being framed and beginning to show the shape of the butterfly roof. Windows are being installed, tubs and showers are being installed, the site is ringing with the banging of hammers creating our new homes. As you can see, the building is really taking shape, accentuating the tall ceilings and open floor plans giving each unit a spacious feeling. Sales are going quickly; only 16 units available in Phase One, ranging in price from $250,000 to $350,000.
