Yes that's right folks, we are 75 % sold, only 10 suites left available!


On November 15 our prices increased by $10,000 to the general public, however, those of you on our preferred client list can still get a suite at the old price if you commit before Christmas. Think of it... you will just have made an instant $10,000 on your investment, not to mention the natural market increase expected of 12 to 15% on Phase II suites.

Construction update...

Construction continues on schedule and on budget despite Mother Nature's best attempts, the Okanagan has had an unexpected pre-Christmas snow, good for the skiiers, not so good for the construction industry.
Fortunately, we already had the roof on prior to the snow storm, the windows were not far behind, allowing us to achieve "lock up" before the Christmas break. We have received our first delivery of insulation and have ordered our first group of kitchen cabinets to be installed in January.

Phase II

We anticipate releasing Phase II to the General Public on or about Feburary 1, 2007. We are anticipating a price increase between 12 and 15%. We have begun to accept "non-binding" letters of intent for Phase II and we will honour all letters of intent in the order in which they are received before we offer Phase II to the General Public. If you are interested in Phase II, please let us know so that we may add you to the list.
