The staff at TheVerana Okanagan wishes you all a Very Happy, Healthy and Prosperous 2007! 2006 was a fantastic year for all of us, our dreams and visions finally took shape. We began the sales and construction for Phase One of The Verana Okanagan. To date sales are "On Target" and construction is "On Time and On Budget".

Phase Two

We will be releasing Phase Two to the general public some where around the 1st of March, 2007. Once we have received our Disclosure Statement and our construction pricing for Phase Two, we will be offering Phase Two "For Sale" to our preferred customers before the general public. There is a tremendous amount of excitement already for Phase Two, especially the premier suites. Many people have already signed Letters of Intent for Phase Two. In an attempt to "make it fair for all" we have decided that all of our customers who have purchased or will be purchasing in Phase One, will have the intial "first right of refusal" for Phase Two.

Financial Gains...

If the above is not reason enough to buy into Phase One, just think of the following financial gains;
1) We raised the price of the remaining units in Phase One on November 15th, 2006 by $10,000.00. We will "roll them back" for our preferred clients for a limited time. In other words, your price would be the pre-construction pricing.
2) The original requirement to purchase in Phase One was a 10% Deposit. For a limited time, anyone wanting to purchase one of the remaining suites may do so with only a 5% deposit, amounting to a deposit savings in excess of $10,000.00.
3) Our initial estimates are predicting price increase for Phase Two between 10 and 15%, due to rising construction costs.

When you add the increase on property values and the desirability of this type of development, you could realize a return on investment as high as 15% by buying into Phase One.

With these types of incentives, the remaining suites in Phase One will not last long!
