Spring is in the air....

Thankfully Spring in Penticton is just around the corner, all the signs are there - even the Groundhog agrees with us!

We just wanted to let you all know that we will be at the Canadian Home Builders Annual Home Show at the Penticton Trade and Convention Centre on February 9th, 10th and 11th. Our booth will be open Friday, February 9th from 5 pm till 9 pm, Saturday, February 10th from 10 am to 6 pm and Sunday, February 11th from 10 am to 5 pm. We will be selling the balance of our Phase I suites at deals that will be hard to turn down.

The preliminary projected price list for Phase II will also be introduced. Be sure to visit us and register your name, you will be contacted before Phase II is officially offered "For Sale" to the general public. We will be hosting an "invited guests only" Wine and Cheese Reception on Friday, March 2nd to officially launch Phase II. Please let us know if you would like to attend.

The Verana Okanagan will, for a limited time only, continue our January special.
1) We raised the price of the remaining units in Phase I on November 15th, 2006 by $10,000.00. We will "roll them back" for our preferred clients for a limited time. In other words, your pricing would be the pre-construction pricing.
2) The original requirement to purchase in Phase I was a 10% deposit. For a limited time, anyone wanting to purchase one of the remaining suites may do so with only a 5% deposit, amounting to a deposit savings in excess of $10,000.00.
3) Our initial estimates are predicting price increases for Phase II between 10 % and 15 %, due to rising construction costs.

When you add the increase in property values and the desirability of this type of development, you could realize a return on investment as high as 15% by buying into Phase I.

With these type of incentives, the remaining suites in Phase I will not last long!

Construction update

Construction of Phase I of The Verana Okanagan is moving along very nicely. Drywall has been completed in many of the suites and painting will begin this week. Please review some of the latest construction photos on our website www.veranaokanagan.com.
Phase II construction will begin this spring.

Rivendell, the managing contractor and construction arm of our company, has just received some very prestigious awards at the Tommies, the Thompson Okanagan Housing Awards. We were the happy recipients of three Silver Awards as well as two Gold Awards. We were also honoured at the Georgies which are the Provincial Housing Awards with three Finalist Awards. Congratulations to all of Team Rivendell - we are all very proud of you.
