Wow, what a "launch"!

We had a wine and cheese celebration on Friday, March 2, to launch Phase II at the Sales Office at 3250 Skaha Lake Road here in Penticton, and it was an unprecidented success!
Many people took the opportunity to take a site tour to see how construction is coming along, they were pleasantly surprised with our progress. We continue to be "On Schedule and On Budget", mouldings have started to be installed, flooring going in, the suites are starting to look like home.
We have already sold four suites with more sales imminient. The prime suites will certainly be the first to go. To avoid disappointment , please let us know which suite you are interested in and we will hold it for you.

Since the release of the Phase II price list, sales in Phase I have increased sharply. There are still a few suites left available in Phase I, a great investment opportunity! To compare, a suite you can purchase in Phase I for $300,000 is now selling in Phase II for $335,000, that is an 11% return 0n your investment in a very short period of time!
We are still offering the Spring Specials on Phase I, $10,000.00 off the listed prices as well as only 5% down instead of the standard 10%, making it easier and easier for you to get in on this opportunity.
