/newsletter/DSC00733.jpg The construction is continuing on an excellent pace, with everything "On Schedule and On Budget". Possession for most suites is still scheduled for June 30, 2007. As promised, our Show Suite, 107, will be ready for our Grand Opening on Saturday April 14th. We will be open from 12pm to 4 pm with an On Site Radio Broadcast and free hot dogs and pop supplied by the Penticton Dragon Boat team for all. We will be taking tours through Phase I and our show suite, please join us - I promise you will be impressed!

Construction for Phase II has officially begun, with excavation started as of April 5,2007. Possession date for Phase II will be June 30,2008.
