/newsletter/dsc01013.jpg As of July 31st most of our suites became occupied with the balance of people moving in on August 31st. These are exciting times! The building, the grounds and the suites all look fabulous. All the hard work now seems worthwhile.

/newsletter/dsc01003.jpg Sales are moving along very nicely. We are now approximately 1/3 SOLD OUT. Please contact us for an updated price and availability list. Activity has been very brisk. If you are thinking of buying, do it soon to avoid disappointment. Possession is scheduled for June 30, 2008. All we require is 10% down to hold your suite until next year.
Construction is on schedule, we have finished the parking garage and have begun framing the first and second floor suites. Due to the fact we were able to pre build the walls for the upper floors, the balance of the framing should continue very quickly!
